Oh Zina, I’m so sorry about the migraines…My hubby gets headaches but usually it’s sinus and he takes his Zirtec and it goes away. I ALWAYS have to remind him though. My son’s sweety just figured out her 4 months of headaches are a sinus infection that she can’t shake. I told her to get in a steamy shower and use some Vicks in a vaporizer or on a q-tip in the nose…I hope you feel better real soon. ((Hugs))
